Open positions Head office Midrand

The following positions have arisen at one of our Head Office in Midrand: 

1. Assistant Corporate Secretary

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate governance, legal, or administrative support.
  • Be able to work within tight procedural constraints whilst combining the ability to work to tight deadlines and cope with pressure.
  • Attention to detail
  • Good and effective communication skills
  • Manufacturing or mining experience would be an added advantage

 

2. Legal and Compliance Officer

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (non-negotiable)
  • 3 years of  legal experience in a similar role
  • Good and effective communication skills
  • Manufacturing or mining experience would be an added advantage

 

3. Creditors Clerk

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education in accounting or related field
  • Proficient in basic accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
  • Good and effective communication skills
  • Manufacturing or mining experience would be an added advantage

 

4. Debtors Clerk

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education in accounting or related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
  • Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Manufacturing or mining experience would be an added advantage

 

5. Recruitment Specialist

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education in HR or related field
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (non-negotiable)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • At least 4 years of experience in recruitment or HR field
  • Good and effective communication skills
  • Manufacturing or mining experience would be an added advantage

6. Environmental Internship

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education in environmental science, environmental studies, ecology, biology, or a related field
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and policies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
  • Good and effective communication skills
  • Manufacturing or mining experience would be an added advantage

7. IT Manager

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT management, preferably in the same or related industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Good and effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to IT.
  • A high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.

8. Tresury Operations

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education in in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in using treasury management systems, Excel, and other financial software
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manufacturing or mining experience would be an added advantage
