Jabu Ngwenya
Mr. Jabu Ngwenya is an accomplished entrepreneur and seasoned board member with a diverse background in logistics, mining, catering, and waste management. Previously, he served as Chairman of Feedem Group, shaping the catering industry from 1995 to 2015. His leadership extended to electronic waste recycling and currently in the extractive sector where he has investments in mining and exploration projects.A former trade unionist, Mr. Ngwenya is committed to social justice, serving as a trustee and board member of a number of civic organizations. He played pivotal roles in the Release Mandela Campaign, United Democratic Front and other organisations.
Mr Ngwenya brings with him a wealth of experience in stakeholder engagement and government relations, which is key for our social licence to operate.
Nitin Agrawal
Nitin is the Chairman of Ikwezi Mining Limited (ASX:IKW), Director Ikwezi Mining (Pty) Ltd. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Science and IT. Nitin’s vast experience in business development, exploration, mining of coal and other resources led to the successful launch and comprehensive expansion of Ikwezi Mining and Ikwezi Resources.
Bonani Ndlovu
Bonani Ndlovu is the Executive Director responsible for Strategic Growth and Corporate Affairs at Ikwezi Mining. In this role, he leads the Group’s strategic growth agenda, corporate positioning, and stakeholder relations, supporting the development and conversion of business opportunities mainly across its mining portfolio.With a robust legal foundation, holding an LLB and an LLM in Mining Industry Law in Africa (Mining, Oil & Gas), complemented by an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), University of Pretoria, and targeted postgraduate certifications, Bonani navigates complex regulatory landscapes and aligns stakeholder interests to deliver measurable business outcomes across mining value chains.
Having previously served as Director: Legal and Corporate Affairs and Director: Mining Business Units, Bonani brings extensive experience in strategic business development, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, stakeholder engagement, and the advancement of greenfield and brownfield mining projects. His leadership approach combines commercial insight, legal and regulatory expertise, and relationship management to build institutional trust, unlock growth opportunities and support responsible business expansion.
As a strategic integrator and relationship architect, Bonani works across government, communities, and business leadership to align diverse interests with the Group’s strategic objectives. He is committed to ethical leadership, sustainable development and building collaborative partnerships that strengthen organisational resilience and create long term value.
