We are currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As the Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for vacancies, posting job adverts, building a candidate pipeline, interviewing candidates, and general administration duties.
- Source candidates for vacancies through various channels
- Post job adverts on relevant platforms
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for future roles
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates
- Handle general administration duties related to recruitment
- Relevant tertiary education in HR or related field
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (non-negotiable)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- At least 7 years of experience in recruitment or HR field
- Good and effective communication skills
- Manufacturing or mining experience would be an added advantage
