We are looking for a vendor administrator to manage the relationships with our suppliers and contractors in our coal mine operations. The vendor administrator will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of our suppliers with our standards and policies, maintaining the supplier database and records, processing the supplier invoices and payments, and resolving any issues or disputes.


  • Registering and evaluating new suppliers and contractors according to our criteria and standards
  • Planning and coordinating the daily activities of the laboratory
  • Updating and maintaining the supplier database and records in the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
  • Communicating with suppliers and contractors regarding orders, deliveries, contracts, invoices, payments, etc.
  • Processing the supplier invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitoring the supplier performance and compliance with our policies and procedures
  • Resolving any issues or disputes with suppliers and contractors
  • Preparing and presenting reports on vendor administration activities and outcomes

Minimum Requirements:

  •  A diploma or degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in vendor administration or procurement in a mining or industrial environment
  • Knowledge of coal mining operations and regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
