We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the financial records of our organization, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.


  • Record financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Prepare and file monthly and annual tax returns
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
  • Provide support for audits and financial reviews
  • Perform other accounting duties as needed


  •  Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
