Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment or similar position
  • Good customer service skills and ability to interact positively with customers
  • Ability to operate basic computer systems and cash registers
  • Attention to detail
  • Good and effective communication skills
  • Manufacturing or mining experience would be an added advantage

 

2. Diesel attendant x5

Coalfield, Magdalena and Shapestone Lake- day shift, Monday to Saturday. Two shifts

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience working in a service station or similar environment
  • Knowledge of diesel fuel and equipment, including pumps and tanks
  • Ability to operate basic computer systems and cash registers
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for handling diesel fuel
  • Good and effective communication skills
  • Manufacturing or mining experience would be an added advantage

 

3. Diesel Mechanics x3

To search for more- Magdalena- MD to check and confirm # HC needed)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Knowledge of diesel engines and related systems, such as fuel injection, electrical and air conditioning systems
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members

 

4.Diesel Supervisor x2

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education in engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management position
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team of mechanics
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

 

5. Logistics Manager x3

Coal transport, mining company/ commodities – Diraro, Reinhardt- one per each site (Mugs, Coalfields and Ikwezi

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education in in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 2-3 years in a management or leadership position
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with other departments
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve logistical challenges and inefficiencies
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics processes, such as transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and procurement

6. Transport and Logistics cordinator x3

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education in in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in logistics and transportation coordination
  • Knowledge of transportation modes and related regulations, such as trucking, air freight, and ocean freight
  • Familiarity with logistics software, such as transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with carriers, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer software

7. Projet Manager 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in project management, with experience in leading complex projects from start to finish
  • Knowledge of project management methodologie
  • Familiarity with project management software
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage project teams and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and execute project plans that align with organizational goals and objectives
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

8. Maintenance Planner

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Ability to prioritize and schedule maintenance work orders based on equipment criticality, safety, and production requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders

 

9. Washplant Manager

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education in mining engineering, mineral processing, or a related field
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in a washplant or mineral processing plant, with experience in managing and leading teams
  • Knowledge of mineral processing equipment and techniques, such as crushing, screening, and grinding
  • Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations related to mining and mineral processing activities
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate teams and collaborate with other departments
  • Proficiency in computer software relevant to plant operations, such as plant control systems, maintenance management systems, and production reporting systems

 

10. Project Coordinator

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education in in project management, business administration, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or project support, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation and record-keeping
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices, if applicable

11. Head of maintenance

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education in in engineering or a related field, with a focus on mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and methodologies, with an ability to develop, implement and monitor maintenance policies and procedures
  • Experience managing maintenance budgets, and implementing cost-saving measures to optimize maintenance operations
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with internal stakeholders such as production teams, and external stakeholders such as vendors and contractors
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve maintenance issues and inefficiencies

 

12. Group insurance Officer

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in group insurance administration or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of group insurance policies, products, and regulations
  • Experience with insurance billing, claims processing, and customer service
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, brokers, and insurance providers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve insurance-related issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer software, including insurance-specific software and databases

 

13. Production Manager

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in production management or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of production best practices and methodologies, with an ability to develop, implement and monitor production plans and schedules
  • Experience managing production budgets, and implementing cost-saving measures to optimize production operations
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate, coach, and manage production personnel
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with internal stakeholders such as sales and marketing teams, and external stakeholders such as vendors and contractors
  • Ability to analyse production data and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement

 

14. Grade controller

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of grading procedures and standards in the industry
  • Familiarity with grading software and equipment, as well as the ability to operate and maintain them
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with an ability to inspect, sort, and grade materials according to established specifications
  • Good communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders such as production and sales teams, and external stakeholders such as customers and suppliers
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve grading issues and discrepancies

 

15.Exploration Manager x3

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education  in geology, mining engineering, or a related field
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in mineral exploration, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role
  • Strong knowledge of exploration best practices and methodologies, with an ability to develop, implement and monitor exploration plans and budgets
  • Experience managing exploration budgets, and implementing cost-saving measures to optimize exploration operations
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate, coach, and manage exploration teams and personnel
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with internal stakeholders such as executives and investors, and external stakeholders such as government agencies and contractors
  • Ability to analyze exploration data and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement

16. Project Coordinator

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary in field such as business, engineering, or project management
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or related role, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience in creating and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and status reports
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders such as project managers, team members, and external stakeholders such as vendors and clients
  • Ability to track project progress, identify issues and risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve issues and inefficiencies
